Our History
Established in 1954, 7 Mile Grill is a historic Florida Keys landmark located bayside at Mile Marker 47.5 in Marathon, Florida.
Since August 2021, owners Dan, Kristen, and Brynn have proudly continued the tradition of this nostalgic, scratch kitchen—serving locals and visitors the authentic taste of the original Keys.
This is where old Florida meets laid-back island living.
